Shipping policy
It is with utmost importance that your order is processed and shipped to you as quickly as possible. Please allow for 1-2 business days to process your order.
Please know that we are doing everything possible to get your order to you as quickly as possible. However, at this time we are unable to guarantee delivery dates in the face of unforeseen events out of our control. Tracking and delivery dates are estimates only and are based on assuming regular business operations. Although we will try our best to accommodate you and help the situation, once orders are sent out by USPS, we are not responsible for delays caused by further complications with the delivery carrier, incorrect/undeliverable shipping addresses, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Requirements & Restrictions
Orders must be shipped to a single address, PO Box, APO, or FPO address.
Orders cannot be shipped to multiple addresses.
Depending on the size of your order, your order may be shipped to you in multiple boxes.
Shipping Errors & Disputes
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the accuracy of the shipping address during the time of purchase. If a customer enters and confirms an order with the wrong shipping address and does not notify Second Husband Customer Service before the order is shipped out, the customer will be responsible for any shipping costs related to returning the incorrect shipped order and/or shipping costs related to shipping a new order (if approved) to the correct address. Please contact Second Husband Customer Service through email - hello@secondhusband.com - for the quickest reply.
We provide tracking numbers to confirm the delivery of all shipments. Once an order leaves our warehouse, the responsibility for delivering the order lies with the delivery service. We are no longer responsible for that delivery. If a customer claims an order was not received, the tracking information, along with any delivery confirmation, from the delivery service will serve as the proof of delivery. Second Husband is not responsible for any stolen packages that may arise after delivery to your doorstep.
